Our job as your nutrition coach is to guide you to make the changes necessary to be successful. Though we are not personal chefs or offer home pantry inspections, we will provide a detailed map of how to reach your goals, with ample guidance along the way! All you need to do is consistently apply our plan to your day to day meals!
Short answer: No!
Long answer: If you wish to lose weight, adding in any amount of physical activity will aid in your goals. If you wish to gain muscle, or "tone up," you will need to begin adding in resistance-style training, aka weight lifting.
We can discuss best practices for you to achieve your goals during your initial consultation.
Nutrition is a fundamental part of a healthy pregnancy. If you’re pregnant, you will not be given a weight-loss or muscle-gain plan. Your plan will be centered around nourishing your changing body and growing baby. We will work toward establishing healthy habits that will last long after baby has arrived! At this time, we cannot provide medical advice; FFN is a coaching service, not a medical practice.
