"I felt like I was treading water, I would keep trying to eat less/work out harder but not seeing a change in weight/body composition. I wasn't overweight but was not at my ideal weight either. With Amie's help not only did I have a super easy plan that told me what I should be eating and when but I also got bloodwork done and found out I had a very slow thyroid. My transformation after 12 weeks of hard work, dieting, and conscious decision making on all fronts. While working as a consultant traveling and eating out every single meal 4 days a week took its toll and got me to a point where I wasn't happy with my body or my fitness levels. I changed jobs to make myself mentally happy and stable. Then I teamed up with Amie at Fueling Fitness Nutrition who got me on a scientific based diet plan that gave me the results I wanted and needed. After- 162lbs and 13.4% body fat

But... I also increased my strength throughout the cut and improved my Olympic lifting form. My clean and jerk, snatch, hang snatch, and bench went up. I look better, have more overall fitness, am more aware of how and what I am eating and most importantly I feel better both physically and mentally. “The whole nutrition coaching experience was very positive and changed the way I eat, perform, recover and take care of myself generally. I wanted to improve performance, and for that, it meant eating a lot more to put on muscle, and put in the work to develop that muscle. I worked on this for a couple of years through several cycles and was very pleased with what I learned and experienced. I did gain muscle, I improved performance, and I gained a lot of knowledge and know-how to take care of myself.
I learned that nutrition coaching is a personal science experiment, and from what I learned, I was able to apply following my cycle with Amie. I applied what I learned to establish my own "mini-mass" and cut cycles. I really pay attention to how I feel and to seasonality; both make a difference in my level of commitment and acceptance of the process. As I age, I continue to get stronger and healthier, and this time invested with Amie was well worth it!
Be ready to work! You get out of it what you put into it. Amie is a knowledgeable guide and will help you understand what you need to do to be successful. She understands the ups and downs that we go through, and will work alongside you to overcome those challenges and keep you focused on your goals.
